stylish building attentive staff masterclass cappuccino
The building's design features carefully selected details. The staff demonstrated attentiveness. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good. Cappuccino was masterclass.
The service was not up to the standard of a 9.4 rated hotel, in my opinion.

adequate stay, but some issues
basic breakfast gluten-free options
the breakfast was quite basic for the price. i expected more variety and better quality. also, i specifically mentioned my gluten intolerance well in advance, but there were practically no gluten-free options available except fruit and eggs. it was the first place i visited in the country without these facilities so this was frustrating.

excellent stay in a modern haven
friendly staff fresh fruit clean room modern vibe
the staff was always friendly and professional. the breakfast was great. i especially liked the fresh fruit. the room was cleaned daily and the amenities were good. i appreciated that the location was quiet but convenient for reaching attractions. the hotel is tastefully renovated and has a modern vibe. i noticed every detail was well executed (i especially liked the lighting fixtures).

the hotel is located on a quiet street near parks and restaurants. chapultepec park is also easily accessible. i found the location to be ideal for exploring the city without being in the middle of the noise.

the beautiful room was well-appointed with modern decor. the room included ample storage space for belongings. the bathroom was clean and modern with provided toiletries. the bed was very comfortable and the linens felt high-quality.

cool bathrobes amazing design
The staff spoke english! the interior design was amazing. It was very stylish. cool bathrobes were provided, and i loved the lights. accessories were quirky!

minimal furniture attentive staff
I found the minimal furniture beautifully curated and the bed very comfortable. The staff were attentive to details. I was surprised by some thoughtful things such as a handbag.
